Meet Todd & Leslie
As a top producing agent team, Todd and his wife Leslie work with 1st time home buyers, foreclosures/short sales, investors, new construction, land & luxury home sales to name just a few. Award recipients for 8 consecutive years, and in the top ten three times in 2009 for John L. Scott (OR/SW Washington) based on their quarterly home sales, the McCabe's are a well respected team not only as real estate professionals but also for their continued community work in and around Sherwood, Oregon.
Because they have been licensed real estate professionals for several years, they have a large data base of past clients and business associates along with access to many excellent marketing resources that allows them to network for their customers 24/7. They don’t take lightly that over 90% of their business is referral based so providing first-class real state services is one of their top priorities.
The proud parents of 3 boys, Todd and Leslie are heavily involved with the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life event. In 2005, the McCabe’s helped start Sherwood’s event. In four years, not only on committee (Leslie as event chair and Todd as logistics chair) and as sponsors, they are proud to have helped raise over $200,000 to the continued goal of finding a cure for cancer. In 2009, Leslie served as the public relations chair for both Sherwood and Beaverton's events.
In 2008, Leslie was honored by Sherwood's Chamber of Commerce as their "Chamber's Choice Recipient" for her continued volunteer work in Sherwood. In 2009, both Todd & Leslie were Knighted at the Sherwood RobinHood Festival for their involvement with the Relay For Life Event of Sherwood and recognized for their Annual Benefit Egg where all proceeds are donated to a local family in need.
The McCabe’s live in a town that they love, and are teaching their children that you can make a positive difference in others lives wherever you live by sinply volunteering your time and "giving back".

Rick Talbott is an experienced broker with John L Scott Real Estate. From JLS, he has earned the Emerald Club award for 2006 & 2007 for his sales production. He is also a member of the Million Dollar Club and was awarded the designation of a SRES-Senior Real Estate Specialist which focuses on baby boomers and the elder populations."Service and Integrity" are his key missions as he works to meet the needs of his clients. His experience and knowledge extends to land and acreage properties as he and his wife own a 10 acre farm located in the greater Newberg area. Rick and his wife have 4 grandchildren. He is an active leader in Men’s Ministry at his church, facilitating their annual Men’s Retreat, teaching classes and studies. Rick has a background in photography and has developed additional services for his clients that includes low level aerial images of his listed properties which provide a unique perspective to marketing his listings.

Jason Birdsley has been a real estate agent since 2003. Prior to this, he worked in the healthcare field. When a layoff occurred at his company, he looked for other business opportunities. Because he was interested in real estate and enjoys helping people, becoming an agent was a perfect fit for him.
Over the last 6 years as a agent, he has built a business based upon integrity and honesty. His customers needs and wants are most important to him and he prides himself on helping his clients make the best decision based upon their specific needs. His goal is for his customers to undertand that their new home is not just a place to live, but an investment in their future. This to Jason has helped him establish long lasting relationships; many that carry over into personal friendships.
